To begin your 12-week residential program at The Glen, please arrive by 11am on the date mentioned in your acceptance letter. Please let us know if there’s a chance you will be late by calling 02 4388 6360.

We will ask you to provide a urine sample for testing. This sample will be tested within 15 minutes. You will be officially admitted to the program when the counselling staff has approved the sample.

If alcohol or other mind-altering drugs are present following the urine test, we will not be able to admit you.

When you arrive with a discharge summary from the detox centre, we expect only prescribed medications used by the detox centre to be present in the urine test result.
