The Glen works with a 5-year strategic plan that is refreshed annually. Our goals are divided into two main categories.

• Sustainability: To ensure The Glen exists for years to come, until we are no longer needed.
• Program Access and Quality: To ensure the program is always getting better and that we build capacity to meet the demand for our services.

All donations and support go towards achieving our strategic goals.
