Partner with The Glen
Community partners
At The Glen, healing happens through connection. We are proud to work alongside a wide range of community organisations, local services, Elders, health professionals and cultural practitioners who generously share their knowledge, skills and time to support our clients on their recovery journey.
These partnerships help us create a holistic and culturally safe program that supports social and emotional wellbeing, strengthens connection to culture and community, and provides opportunities for personal growth, learning and healing.
Together, our community partners contribute to programs and services including:
- Financial, family, relationship and gambling support
- Cultural programs and opportunities to connect with culture, country and community
- Health and wellbeing activities including yoga, exercise and fitness classes
- Onsite medical services such as GP appointments, liver health clinics, acupuncture
- Psychology and therapeutic group programs
- Music & art classes
- Cooking and nutrition workshops that build confidence and life skills
- Onsite Centrelink support
- Educational workshops, including NSW Fair Trading seminars and practical life skills programs
These partnerships play an important role in helping our clients build healthy, meaningful and fulfilling lives beyond addiction.
If your organisation would like to work alongside The Glen and contribute to positive outcomes for our community, we would love to hear from you.

Employment partners
At The Glen, recovery is about creating opportunities for a positive and meaningful future. A key part of that journey is supporting people to build confidence, develop skills, and reconnect with employment, education and their communities.
We are always looking to partner with organisations that can provide work experience opportunities, mentoring, training or pathways into meaningful employment for the men and women participating in our programs.
The people we support bring a range of strengths, experiences and aspirations. Some may be entering the workforce for the first time, while others are returning after a period away. Through their time at The Glen, clients work hard to strengthen their wellbeing, build routine, develop life skills and prepare for their next steps.
Your organisation can play an important role by helping clients to:
- Gain valuable hands-on work experience and practical skills
- Build confidence and self-belief in a supportive environment
- Re-establish workplace routines and professional skills
- Explore career pathways and future employment opportunities
- Strengthen social connections and community participation
- Take meaningful steps towards long-term independence and wellbeing
Many of our clients are highly motivated and eager for the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow. By partnering with The Glen, you are not only supporting an individual on their recovery journey, but also helping to create stronger families, workplaces and communities.
We are incredibly grateful to our current employment and community partners who walk alongside us in creating pathways for lasting change.
If your organisation is interested in partnering with The Glen, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us to start the conversation.
